The Centennial Valley Center's facilities are located in the fully restored historic town of Lakeview, Montana. Accommodations include charming guest cabins, a student dorm, meeting rooms, dining hall, and outdoor performance stage with fire pit. For special events, guests can reserve the delightful Cantina with large patio.

The Center includes several beautiful and functional options for group meetings. This includes large indoor gathering spaces, smaller meeting rooms, and outdoor meeting spaces, all with beautiful vistas of the Centennial Valley.

The Center is open each summer from mid-June through mid-October, depending on weather conditions. Because space is limited and demand is high, we strongly recommend that you apply early.

Food Services:

The Taft-Nicholson Center maintains its commitment to environmental sustainability in its food services, striving to reduce the consumption of animal products and heavily processed products and prioritize plant-based foods. With top-notch commercial kitchen facilities and distinguished chefs, the Taft-Nicholson Center offers high-quality catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

In advance of your arrival at the Center, staff will work create meal plans that take into account the dietary needs and requests of your course participants. Our chefs craft creative, highly varied menus that feature fresh ingredients and healthy entrees. Vegan and vegetarian options are always available; other entrées feature white meat or fish. Meals are served buffet style and include fresh salads, fresh fruit, and fresh-baked desserts.

Our dining hall boasts incredible views of the Centennial Valley, with a large deck that accommodates 20-25 visitors and an indoor dining room that seats 40-50.
